.

I started modelling when i was a young lad of around 6 or so "helping" my dad with his control line Mercury Messershmitt 109.I don’t remember the result too well. I just remember lots of bits. I continued with control line for a few years with various Cox plastic jobbies and then got distracted by motorbikes and cars.

I obtained my first radio gear in 1988. An old 27 Meg Futaba M series that

served me well for many years and is still working ok to this day.

My first trainer was a Telemaster 66 and lasted (in various states of rebuild) until

quite recently. After I learnt to fly I started to get my thirst for the silly and this has

never been driven from me try as people might.

Lots of practice (crashes) later brings me full circle. My son now "helping" me and

I am having more fun than ever and long may it continue
