19th June, Midsummer BBQ. Following on from a series of washed out weekends and rain virtually every day for six weeks the weather goods smiled on us for now traditional Midsummer get together. Though while not exactly flaming June the day was virtually dry, half a dozen spots kept the forecast correct. The south-westerly breeze lessened during the day and by mid afternoon it was warm with plenty of sunshine. TBC
